Payment Options

We request that your fee is paid at the time of the consultation unless you have Veterans' Affairs Entitlements, a WorkCover referral or other third party funding. We accept cash, cheques, or credit cards and have EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities.
HICAPS is Australia's leading ancillary health claims and payments service, providing payment and settlement facilities to over 36 Australian health funds and more than 40,000 health care providers.
Medicare Payment
People with chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, vision impairment, heart disease etc., may be eligible to receive up to 5 visits per year through the Medicare system. You need to see your General Practitioner and ask for a podiatry referral through the Team Care Arrangement (TCA). This will involve a longer than normal consultation at your GP's practice, so please advise them in advance about the nature of your visit. Standard consultations for people with a concession card may receive bulk billing for their appointments. Other more involved appointments, such as biomechanical and shock wave appointments, are more expensive then what we can receive from Medicare. Therefore, some appointments do require payment in full and then you can receive the Medicare rebate. You will need to bring along your Medicare card and an EFTPOS so that we can process your Medicare payment. You must have an existing Team Care Arrangement with your GP to claim this item.
Veterans' Affairs
Veterans' Affairs patients have full funding for all required podiatry visits, orthoses, surgery, and many other items. A one off referral letter (D904), to our podiatry clinic, from your GP is required. Please ensure you bring your DVA Entitlement card along to the visit.
WorkCover
We accept WorkCover benefits as full payment for your podiatry treatment. Please bring along your referral, case number and case worker's name in order to process your account.
